As our four-pawed muse and self-appointed “Chief Quality Officer,” Winnie may not know roast profiles or caffeine levels, but she’s a world-class expert in what truly matters: staying grounded and staying honest. Winnie is the constant reminder that while we obsess over the craft of coffee, our real purpose is care and community. She keeps us focused on the “why” behind every batch.
